With 28 years of experience in the dental field, including the last 11 years proudly serving the patients of NY Implant Dentistry, Natalie brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and dedication to every aspect of the patient experience. As Practice Manager, she believes that exceptional care begins long before a patient sits in the treatment chair. Her patient first philosophy guides every decision she makes, ensuring that every individual feels heard, respected, and genuinely cared for.

Rose is known for her unwavering commitment to creating a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable asking questions, expressing concerns, and trusting that they are in capable hands. She understands that navigating dental treatment can sometimes feel overwhelming, which is why she is passionate about making every step of the process as seamless and stress free as possible.

Her extensive experience allows her to confidently guide patients through treatment planning, insurance questions, scheduling, and financial arrangements with honesty, fairness, and transparency. She believes in treating every patient with the same level of care, empathy, and respect that she would want for her own family.

One of Rose’s greatest strengths is her dedication to communication and follow through. She has built a reputation for ensuring that no patient ever feels forgotten. Whether it is checking in after treatment, following up on pending care, or simply making sure questions are answered, she believes that meaningful relationships are built through consistency and genuine connection.

Grainne was born and raised in Ireland. After college, she moved to New York in 1990. Grainne completed her dental hygiene degree at Hostos Community college. She has been in clinical practice for over 20 years and has been with Dr. Diamond for the majority of that time. Grainne is married and lives in Sunnyside Queens. Outside of the dental world, she enjoys cooking, travelling and exercising. Grainne loves the clinical aspect of dental hygiene and is totally committed to keeping your gums healthy!

Linda joined NY Implant Dentistry in 2006. She earned her degree in dental hygiene at New York University College of Dentistry in 2003 and received an award from the Sigma Phi Alpha Honor Society for being top of her class. She has devoted her time to building strong relationships with her patients and supporting the practice’s commitment to embracing new technology and methodology to improve patients’ oral health. She likes incorporating her extensive knowledge in periodontal therapy to help her patients overcome a wide range of issues, including periodontal disease. She believes in the mouth-body connection and strives to provide long-term education on prevention, not only to help eliminate gum disease but also understand how to prevent the condition from recurring. She is laser certified and a member of the New York Society of Forensic Dentistry. She enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, running, reading a good book and catching up with good friends during her free time. She is a huge fan on the Yankees, which makes her a true New Yorker.
