A confident smile starts with balance. At NY Implant Dentistry, our crown lengthening treatment gently reshapes excess gum tissue to reveal more of your natural teeth and create a more even, attractive smile. If you struggle with a “gummy smile” or uneven gum line, this simple procedure can make a dramatic difference—often in just one visit.
Beyond aesthetics, crown lengthening also supports restorative care. When a tooth breaks near the gum line or doesn’t have enough structure for a crown or bridge, our skilled periodontists can adjust the gums (and sometimes bone) to provide the strong foundation needed for long-lasting results.
